Shipping and payment
DELIVERY TERMS
There is no minimum order amount for delivery.
The ordered goods can be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer in Warsaw and selected neighboring municipalities.
The delivery cost depends on the delivery zone and the order value:

Free delivery (PLN 0) applies only to orders with a minimum value of PLN 1000 gross, regardless of the delivery zone.
For orders worth less than PLN 1000, delivery costs are calculated according to the table above, depending on the zone of the indicated delivery address.
Personal pickup
The customer can collect the order in person at the point of sale at: Kłobucka Street 11, 02-699 Warsaw.
In case of personal collection, a 5% discount on the order value applies.
Deliveries outside standard zones
If you require delivery outside of these zones (e.g., other cities in Poland), the cost of the service is determined individually, subject to verification and approval by Catering Foodbox. Deliveries outside of Warsaw and neighboring municipalities are made by prior arrangement, communicated via email to: info@catering-foodbox.plThe cost of such delivery depends on the supplier's current price list, weight, and size of the product.
Foodbox Catering reserves the right to refuse to accept an order due to the delivery address making it impossible to deliver to the specified address within the specified time.
SHIPPING AND PAYMENT
Payment methods
The customer can pay for the order via the PayU payment system using the following methods:
- Credit/Debit Card,
- Electronic transfer (fast transfer),
- Cash payment (only upon personal collection).
Electronic transactions are processed via the PayU payment system. Only orders confirmed by PayU as paid will be processed, or if payment has been credited to the CATERING FOODBOX Sp. z o. o. bank account.
Delivery deadline
Orders are fulfilled within the time agreed upon with the Customer when placing the order (selection of delivery date). The Customer is informed of the exact delivery time via email or phone.
Delivery confirmation
The delivery cost is added to the order value at the ordering stage, after selecting the delivery address – the system automatically assigns the appropriate zone and charges the appropriate fee (or applies a fee exemption for orders ≥ PLN 1000).
