III. Purpose of personal data processing

Your provision of personal data is voluntary.

We will process this data on the basis of art. 6 sec. 1 lit. b GDPR for the purpose of:

  • registering and maintaining your Account (if you decided to create one),

  • correct execution of your orders,

  • debt collection,

  • performing financial settlements,

  • our exercise of other rights and obligations arising from the contract and applicable regulations.

If you have agreed to receive our newsletter, we will also process your data for the purpose of conducting advertising campaigns and other marketing activities – based on art. 6 sec. 1 lit. and GDPR.

We may also process your personal data on the basis of art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest) for the purpose of:

  • providing full service, including solving technical problems and providing appropriate functions,

  • contacting you, in particular for purposes related to the provision of services, maintenance and permitted marketing and advertising activities,

  • conducting research and analyzes to improve the operation of available services,

  • enforcing compliance with the Regulations,

IV. Personal data storage period

Your personal data will be processed for the period necessary to perform the contract (maintaining the Account, fulfilling orders).
After this time, the data may continue to be processed for the period provided for by applicable law, in particular:

  • 6 years  – due to the limitation period for claims arising from the contract (Article 118 of the Civil Code),

  • 5 years  – in terms of data contained in accounting documents (invoices) – in accordance with Article 74 of the Accounting Act.

If you withdraw your consent to receiving the newsletter or object to data processing for direct marketing purposes, your data will no longer be used for these purposes. However, it may continue to be stored until any claims have expired.

V. Customer Rights

You have the right to:

  • access to the content of your data,

  • correcting them,

  • deletion (“right to be forgotten”),

  • processing restrictions,

  • data transfer,

  • withdraw consent to the processing of data for marketing purposes at any time,

  • object to the processing of data for direct marketing purposes.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority – President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw), if you believe that the processing of your data violates the GDPR.

Google Analytics uses cookies to analyze website usage for statistical purposes only. The collected data (including your IP address) is not assigned to your customer profile.

Your data may be processed by companies with which we cooperate in order to fulfill the contract:

These companies operate as processors (processors) and cannot dispose of your data in any way they wish.

We may also share your data with state authorities (e.g. the Tax Office) or other entities when required by law.

IX. Data retention and deletion

We store personal data for as long as necessary to:

  • providing dietary catering services,

  • business purposes (statistics, analysis of customer needs, offer development),

  • fulfilling legal obligations (taxes, accounting),

  • dispute resolution.

Based on the GDPR – at your request – we will delete or anonymise your data so that it can no longer be used for identification.
In the event of a justified objection, the data will be processed only until the objection is considered.
